The room was large. The mattress was fine, as was the internet. While the hotel is a bit far from the center and most restaurants, there's a supermarket diagonally across the street. The hotel has enough parking lots right in front.
The attached restaurant was closed, so there was no breakfast. I couldn't tell whether the restaurant is permanently closed or if it was simply because the peak season hadn't started yet.

Отличный отель, очень комфортный номер. Огромная и очень комфортная кровать.
Отель не совсем в центре города, но пешком до центра спокойно можно дойти.
Большая собственная парковка.

What is unbelivable, is the breakfast time (9h00 to 11h00). 9h00 is clearly too late. 7h30 to 10h00 as usual in other country is the appropriate answer. Therefore i rated "facilities" in such a way.....

My recent stay at this wonderful hotel in Gyumri was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I set foot in the door, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality, which lasted throughout my entire stay.
The hotel's friendly staff deserves special mention for their professionalism, helpfulness, and positive attitude. They truly went above and beyond to make my stay as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. They were always willing to assist with any questions or requests I had, offering excellent suggestions for local activities and attractions. Their attention to detail and personal touch made me feel valued and well-taken care of.
One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the delicious breakfast. Each morning, I looked forward to waking up to the mouthwatering aroma of freshly brewed coffee and a delightful spread of local and international dishes. The variety was impressive, catering to all tastes and dietary preferences. From the fluffy omelets to the scrumptious pastries and the refreshing fruit platter, everything was made to perfection. It was a fantastic way to start my day and fuel my explorations of the charming city of Gyumri.
The hotel's location was also ideal, making it easy for me to access many of the city's attractions on foot. The vibrant atmosphere of Gyumri's downtown area, with its unique blend of history and modernity, was just a short stroll away from the hotel.
In conclusion, my stay at this hotel in Gyumri was a truly memorable experience, thanks to the outstanding service, delectable breakfast, and convenient location. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough to anyone planning a visit to Gyumri. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to this beautiful city.
