We were honoured to be the very first guests on the opening day of Upfront. Regardless of the language barrier, the staff were very patient and responsive to all our needs and requests, as much as possible. The space was also clean and quiet. There's also a 24-hour supermarket very close by, which was great! Ultimately, the stay felt a lot like a "home away from home" experience!
Acknowledging that they had just opened and seemed to be figuring things out on the go, the handling of our laundry service could have been a little better. We requested a recommendation of a nearby laundry place (we weren't sure it was provided in-house), and they kindly offered to do it for us. However, it sat in the machine wet for three days, despite our following up. We eventually took matters into our own hands and put it in the dryer ourselves so we could at least pack, travel back and re-wash at home.
