Nice beautiful new hotel with nice buildings, very helpful staff especially Annie.
Location was not good, also it is expensive for a 4 star hotel.

Great location, few minutes from city center.
Property adjacent to River gives flexibility of city yet experience quietness along side river.
Amazing and relaxing place.
Well stuffed Breakfast buffet. Helpful staff.
I was expecting riverside room but was informed that it is subject to availability.

The room have a good space and very good furnished
The only hotel in Yerevan, in my stay, has a good AC
the room view was very good
The hotel is providing a taxi to drop the guest at any time to republic Square.
The restaurant food was very delicious
The male staff was friendly and very helpful
1- The swimming pool was so small (smaller than a villa's one) and opening from 10 to 5:00 p.m. when the weather is very hot (Temp. 37) so I couldn't use it with my daughter, even the pool staff were very bad in dealing.
2- The female staff (reception and Room service supervisor) were same the prison guard face when dealing with people.
3- The access road to the hotel coming from the main street was very bad.
4-The four stars hotel has a policy to change the mattress cover only every three nights and whenever the guest need it beyond that, it will be chargeable.
5- I don't recommend when you have kids
