The hotel is very beautiful, cosy, and welcoming. I really loved their garden and the traditional Armenian decor. I totally recommend it, and when I return to Yerevan, I would like to stay here again.
The breakfast was nice, but it would have been even better with more options. I am not picky about the food, but I would have liked to have more variaty of foods.

Lovely clean and well organized room, with a view of Mount Ararat. Beautifully decorated interiors, a shop of locally produced craft in the lovely lobby. There is a gorgeous back garden, overlooked by the breakfast terrace. Carpet weaving carpet take place in the building so sometimes you can see the weaving talking place. Very good breakfast, attentive staff, overall highly recommended!
There is a music venue in the vicinity which is heard till late in the evenings if windows are open.
Coffee at breakfast is considered and extra at an additional charge

The place is magical and the staff makes it even more so. It is very quiet in the cosy garden, and very pleasant to eat delicious breakfast on the terrace. The decorations are great and you can also buy some cute stuff at their shop. The room was nice and had everything including fridge and kettle. But what made it special is people, very kind and helpful. I was travelling after small surgery and they really saved my day after flight cancellation, greeted me at 1 am and let me stay a bit longer to sleep. Thanks for showing the best of Armenian hospitality!
Can't think of anything, but maybe you should consider they have a lot of stairs if you struggle with walking.
