Location, breakfast lady, staff porter and reception.
Broken shower heads in rooms 302 and 202, broken toilet seat. Old towels with stains.

Location was good. Friendly staff specially the breakfast lady who served lady who served us until Thursday. She really looked after us and everyone one who came over ensuring that there was food available.
Broken shower heads in room 302 and 202. Old towels with tinch of stains. Reception staff need to be more welcoming and acknowledging rather than dry. Helpful porters, always trying to help.
