The hotel is very close to the city center, walking distance, the staff is great - nice and helpful, very clean.During an evening when the internet was slower I received a device to get good internet.I really liked to be there.

Big and very clean room, beautiful design/decoration and excellent mattress.
The room was not sound-proof and it was difficult to sleep at night. Also, there was no elevator and I stayed in the 3rd floor, so it was hard to carry the luggage. The towels were worn out.

Everything was great! Very clean, very kind staff, the location in the centre, and probably the only place in Armenia with good shower plumbing

Clean place, nice staff (both cleaner and reception)
Internet did NOT worked at all. Manager said “sorry” but did not give any alternatives. Said the next morning it would work but it did NOT work.
Improve this ASAP
