Old building refurbished as a hotel. Everything is pretty new, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, clean and equipped. Location is superb - right near the Pushkin street with posh cafes and public.
If you take a room facing the street is gets pretty noisy at night due to the traffic cueing up to enter Pushkin street. Honks and sport engines until 2 am. Better take the room facing the back side.

The staff is polite, the furniture is ok.
The hotel wants to appear better than it actually is.
Low ceiling at 6th floor, small room, no facilities in the hotel. Location is so-so (noisy, in not very well-kept courtyards).
