First of all a big shout it to Eric who welcomed us so nicely and in a welcoming manner.
He was very friendly, gave us some tips about Armenia and also a bottle of local red wine and a nice souvenir.
We indicated an 11am check in time with no expectations the room will be ready but then our schedule changed. Eric called to make sure everything is ok and we’re arriving because the room is ready for us so that was also very nice of him.
The apartment itself is well equipped with everything you need - fridge, stove, utensils, closets, safe and much more.
Place is also very clean and well furnished in my opinion.
The location is perfect!! Right in the heart of Yerevan’s old city and the avenue that leads to the main attractions, shops and restaurants so everything is very short walking distance.
The only 2 things I had an issue with, which that’s why I didn’t have it a perfect 10 rating, were:
1. The room location.
Our type of room was happen to be right near the reception counter which didn’t provided a sense of privacy at times knowing there’s someone right outside your door.
At certain times you could’ve also hear some chatter and talking outside the door but it’s wasn’t something serious.
Just would be nice to know that in advance and maybe we would’ve chosen a different type of room.
I will say that we mentioned that in the beginning to Eric and he said he’ll do he’s best to make sure there be minimal noise as possible which most of the time was true and we appreciated that.
2. Another small suggestion is adding an extra layer of mattresses covers, in addition to the sheets, for better hygiene and avoiding bed bugs (there weren’t any, of course, but just as a precaution since many people come and go).

The location is perfect, most lively spot in Yerevan.
The furniture is nice
The view is cool
The AC doesn't give cold air (I think it is centrally controlled to reduce consumption).
One of the receptionists is a very nice and helpful guy, the other guy was always not present and difficult to reach.
They need to accommodate early arrivals, one cannot arrive at 1pm and be asked to wait till 2pm... While there is no one checking out and the room is already cleaned.

The best kitted out aparthotel we have ever stayed at with absolutely everything you need for your stay right down to shaving foam and cotton buds. Nice glasses, cutlery, and crockery. Generous tea, coffee and sugar.
The location was excellent with so much of the city in easy walking distance
The staff were extremely helpful and allowed us to store our bags for the last day. They made the whole experience easy
The aparthotel is actually on the 5th floor of a residential block. The instructions on how to get in were not particularly clear
