The hotel is 3star - located in the ground floor and basement of a residential building on one of the avenues in Yerevan. So your room surely will be not on some high floor with a view. Staff is very helpful with anything you may need. Check-in was no problem even in middle of the night after flight arriving at 1am. Parking was possible behind the building in an alley, which could been opened by card. Was great help to us to move around freely. To explore Yerevan, you have perfect access on foot form this location, however metro station is only 5 minutes walk away. Wifi was working well. Next door you have Art Lunch restaurant, where you may get good breakfast, lunch or dinner at very reasonable costs. We would surely return in case coming to Armenia again.
The rooms looking to the main street could be louder, with some windows not possible to open. Some would be in the basement without window. For us not a problem, since our room looked to the backyard. In case you stay 2-3 nights should be not an issue.
