The staff at the hotel were truly exceptional. Everyone was incredibly helpful, willing to assist whenever needed, and consistently warm and friendly—especially with our children. Their kindness and smiles made a very positive impression.
• The room was spacious with a good layout, offering comfortable areas for a family.
• The hotel was clean throughout, and the location in Yerevan was excellent, making it easy to explore the city.
• Breakfast was good, even though the variety was limited.
Despite having our request for a double bed confirmed before arrival, we discovered two single beds pushed together and covered with a double sheet to appear as one. This made sleeping arrangements difficult for our child and consequently for us.
• The baby cot, which had also been confirmed in advance, arrived without a mattress—only a folded blanket placed inside. When we requested a mattress, we were informed none was available in the correct size. This resulted in our 20-month-old sleeping intermittently in the stroller, which significantly affected our rest. Had we known this earlier, we would have reconsidered our booking.
• The pillows were quite old and lumpy, filled with poor-quality material that made them uncomfortable.
Overall, while the staff and location were outstanding, the issues with the bedding—especially the baby cot and the poor-quality pillows—had a considerable impact on our stay. With improvements in these areas, the hotel could offer a much better experience for families.
