Хороший отель в центре города

Отель понравился. Расположение в центре. Небольшой отель во дворе жилого квартала. Вкусный завтрак: выбор блюд не очень большой, но все очень вкусно и в каждый день разные горячие блюда. Персонал отзывчивый. Удобный длинный стол в номере. Есть холодильник, вода, салфетки, чайник, гель/шампунь. Интернет работал хорошо, отваливался 1 раз за неделю минут на 10, в остальном все прекрасно.

В середине апреля было слегка прохладно, кондиционер настроить на тепло не удалось, а через несколько дней за окном потеплело, и в номере стало комфортно. Лифта нет, стоит учитывать, если большой чемодан, но персонал любезно помогает донести багаж. Мебель слегка "уставшая", но не критично.

Милый, уютный отель, очень понравился

Отличное место, небольшой, уютный отель во дворах, очень тихо, и в то же время близко к центру города, пешком легко можно дойти до всех достопримечательностей, кафе и ресторанов, рядом супермаркет sas. Персонал супер вежливый и приятный, я потеряла телефон и они так меня выручили, помогли решить все вопросы, Спасибо вам огромное! Номер у меня был на 3м этаже, чистый и уютный, мне показалось даже лучше, чем на фото, на завтрак был небольшой шведский стол, мне показалось недостаточно овощей и зелени, а в остальном все вкусно. Спасибо My Hotel Yerevan, я к вам еще вернусь))

My hotel in Yerevan.

Staff was wonderful, very helpful, knowlegable, pleasant, they did the extra step. The beakfast was excellent and had nice assortment of Armenian and international dishes, l also liked the room service. The room was skillfully designed for comfort and work. Location is very good, central and close to everything. I highly recommend it.

The breakfast was really homey, location is good just a bit hard to find by the driver but the staff are very friendly and accommodating. We arrived late and they made sure we have no problem with that.

Just the location. Area wise it is good. It is just inside of the compound. When you walk it is ok, but if you book a taxi, chances are they would be lost.

Staff were so accommodating and friendly, breakfast is amazing,

Carpet really needs replacing, it is stained and looks filthy, no satellite TV only Armenian and Russian analogue channels

The room that helps to go everywhere but inside

Positive: The reception people were super nice and polite. The Wifi was excellent. The check-in process was very fast and useful. The linen and the big bed were really comforting. The room's cleanliness was good enough.

The room was different from those advertised on the website, the entry especially was really disappointing. The check-in process was very nice and appreciable. The lighting was too poor. the light stand was broken and wasn't enough. The bathroom floor didn't have a drain so we had to dry the floor every time we took a shower. The paper supply finished soon and wasn't replaced (we bought it ourselves). The washing machine didn't have detergent. The room had no ventilation and opening the window would let all the street noise inside. Negative: The bed provided for the third passenger wasn't comfortable at all, and supplied mattress wasn't helping so we folded it out and slept on the ground.

Cold in the winter (no heating besides AC), rooms need renovation, odor from the kitchen, some troubles with plumbing.

Boutique hotel in a quiet area. Comfortable place to stay and good value for money.

It was my second time here. I like this boutique hotel it, the rooms and bathroom are very comfortable and clean. The breakfast is great and sets you up for the day.

Its about a 20 minute walk to the main square in town.

Very supportive staff. Previously I have stayed in the hotel. They upgraded me to an apartment.

One night there was a power outage for a few hours. Due to flight schedules from and to Europe they should consider offering early check-ins and late check-outs.

Modern boutique hotel with very helpful staff and a handy location for exploring the city. Tremendous vfm given the facilities and breakfast included. Fab air con!

We had the ground floor and the noise quite late at night and early morning awoke and kept us awake; particularly the kids playing under the window and kicking the ball off the wall.

I really enjoyed my stay here

Very clean and cozy, though carpets were not in the best condition, but they provide free slippers. Room service is very good. Staff is very friendly and always ready to help you. Delicious breakfasts that can be enjoyed not only indoors but also outdoors.

The lighting in the room was not enough to work in front of a laptop.

The breakfast is a feast! Marvellous staff!!

A very good place to stay once in Yerevan. It is not distant from the main square and the neighborhood is full of markets and things you might need. The entrance of the hotel is a big hidden, but once you get to know the place you don't miss it. Rooms very comfortable and the staff is just incredible. The manager is a wonderful person. Helped me with the payment in dollar, with the PCR test, very nice in the way he treated me. The other employees also were very kind. The breakfast is a feast. The lady in the kitchen is very nice and proactive, always asking if everything is fine and offering options. I will come back to Yerevan soon and I hope to be able to stay at the same place. I was very happy with may stay.

I don't have anything I could say I didn't like.

Exceptional

I lived in apartments and in hotel's room. Everything was perfect. This place is now my favorite in Yerevan. There are everything you need - 24x7 supermarket, currency exchange, covid lab if you need pcr test, a lot of cafes and other stuff. Personal is very kindly and I'm especially grateful to Sergey. He solved all my problems. Highly recommend this place.
