This is a very cozy, clean, and comfortable hotel in the city center, in an excellent location. The front desk staff are exceptional, welcoming, and attentive, and are always ready to help with anything you need. The hotel also offers an excellent breakfast, and the kitchen staff are exceptionally attentive and friendly.

Great location to Cascade complex , to the SAS supermarket and restaurants, coffee shops and main streets . Also complimentary breakfast
No elevator , so be aware if you have heavy suitcases but the front desc people were so helpful

Big, comfortable room, great attention to cleanliness in the entire hotel, in a nice quiet, yet central location. The staff was very kind and helpful, we had fast communication with a 24-h frontdesk. Extremely comfortable beds, clean linens as well as tasty breakfast. The WIFI was fast. Everything you need for a quality stay in Yerevan.
Everything was fine, no complaints. Maybe some smaller maintenance issues of no big significance.

Positive: The reception people were super nice and polite. The Wifi was excellent. The check-in process was very fast and useful. The linen and the big bed were really comforting. The room's cleanliness was good enough.
The room was different from those advertised on the website, the entry especially was really disappointing. The check-in process was very nice and appreciable. The lighting was too poor. the light stand was broken and wasn't enough. The bathroom floor didn't have a drain so we had to dry the floor every time we took a shower. The paper supply finished soon and wasn't replaced (we bought it ourselves). The washing machine didn't have detergent. The room had no ventilation and opening the window would let all the street noise inside.
Negative: The bed provided for the third passenger wasn't comfortable at all, and supplied mattress wasn't helping so we folded it out and slept on the ground.
