This was our third stay at this place, but I don’t even want to call it a “hotel,” because it feels more like our second home.
You realize this especially when you come back exhausted in the evening, wanting nothing but to go to sleep—and suddenly hear Leonora, the hotel’s owner, playing the Scent of a Woman soundtrack on the piano. At that moment, you completely forget about sleep…
It is a truly special place, made unforgettable by its warmth, charm, and wonderful people.

Competent, helpful and reliable management in this boutique family hotel. Good communication skills. Very good breakfast. Additional services for safe airport transfers available and can provide useful tips for your stay in Yerevan and potential excursions.

A lovely home with a lovely garden. Exceptionally nice family, great breakfast. A very comfortable stay in an excellent location. Would recommend to anyone.
Air conditioner worked great but needs some work to quiet it when shutting off.
