Room size, stove, refrigerator, bathroom size, design were excellent. The breakfast, the hospitality, the manner of their speach, offers, availability of dishes -that they would make for us on request. The staff were very friendly and helpful. And very welcoming. Always asking about our trips if we had fun and if we enjoyed our tours. It is nice to have staff to talk to or share your day with when you have no one to talk to. The bartenders were friendly. Clean and Safe. Being close to Cascade, Restaurants and mini-store on the same street and pharmacy. Also one of the hotels that Hyur Service Tour Company -picked the individuals up for the tours. We didn't have to walk to their office for the trips. Liked the design of the lobby with black chandelier's.
Pool -usage having to cost $20/person an hour. This is the first time I have ever heard of the pool costing money for usage. Even though I didn't use it but might of if it didn't cost. But later I heard that this was cheaper than other hotels.
The third bed the cot was not as comfortable as the beds.
The cleaners should always check if the bottle of shampoo is enough or finished instead of us reminding them that it is finished. The scale availability. Even though they had it but it was being used by someone else and they could of been reminded to bring it down asap for others. Instead of them taking and keeping with them overnight. Not that this is the hotel's fault. Couldn't go to rooftop lounge to view the scenary of the city. I had to look from the edge of the stairs. I guess if everyone went their and stood their for hours, it would not be comfortable for paying guests. Understandable.

It was an appartment really, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen/ dining room and a living room. Good breakfast. Great location.
Small moan the shower hot water was slow to warm up but no big deal.
