Everything! The clean and cozy room, the excellent customer service we received from the owner, the location in the center of the city, the views of the room, the aircondition, the big bed. Самый хороший владелец в Ереване!

Great location, responsive manager.
The household waste bin was only in the WC. It is also desirable in the living room. There were no clothes hangers for suits, shirts. I hope this can be solved.

Perfect location
Lack of bar or welcoming staff (teabag, coffee or..)
Used toilet paper(just after 3times of using finished ) and there wasn’t other reserved packs after finishing and there wasn’t any body to ask at night.
Hotel is on the 4th or 5th floor that just during the checking and checkout you can use it by a staff member
