The location is superb, the staff are very friendly and supportive! The facilities are very good.
On pictures the hotel looks much better, but it didn’t spoil our overall experience.

This is a fabulous hotel in a fab location. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We were allowed to check in early and we were given lots of help with our onward journey. There are so many lovely places to eat nearby as well.

Phoenix Boutique Hotel is a small and cozy hotel in the heart of Yerevan. The staff are very friendly, polite, and helpful, and our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel offers different room sizes and categories.
The location is excellent, with the city center and many great restaurants just a few minutes’ walk away. You can easily find some of the best restaurants within a 5-minute walk.
The only minor downside was the swimming pool, which is quite small and the water was a little cold.
Unfortunately, we had a significant issue with payment. The hotel’s card reader was not working, so we could not pay with Visa or Mastercard and had to pay cash. Since we had booked three rooms, this was a considerable amount of money to carry and pay in cash. We had no problem using our cards anywhere else in Yerevan, so this was particularly inconvenient.
For this reason, I gave the hotel 7 stars instead of 10.
If you are planning to stay here, I strongly recommend confirming the payment options with the hotel in advance and making sure you have enough cash or an alternative payment method.

Location and comfort
The staff was looking to scam us to pay in cash (USD/Euro). Looking to charge us for leaving the bags for couple of hours.
