The hotel situates at a prime location, about 20 min walk from the center. In this area there are new high standard buildings. We liked the most the view from our suite overlooking toward the Ararat, and beside that we enjoyed a lot the beautiful and super clean pool. The suite was comfortable and the AC worked well.
The daily cleaning didn't work properly. We had to ask several times and beside that it didn't happen.

Очень доброжелательный персонал. Особенно хочется поблагодарить швейцара Георгия, который не только помог с чемоданами, но и дал рекомендации по вызову такси и с удовольствием поделился рассказом о местных особенностях и традициях.
По выходным у бассейна очень громкая музыка, что мешает общаться взрослым и спать маленьким детям. Ресторан находится прямо около диджея и есть проблематично.
Останавливаемся не первый раз. Розетки во многих номерах расшатанные, пользоваться проблематично.

Location is good, rooms are big and place is quite.
Electric sockets were awful, all were worn out and every time charging phone was a journey not to get hit or not to make a fire...
Big issues were separate beds, since booking was made for 1 bed and in room description it is written too, still we got 2 beds.. reception tried to sort it out but of course hotel had no other rooms available))
Overall it's good place and good hotel but little issues impacted our stay.
