The staff was extremely polite and available at all times. The veiew was splendid. The pools, the garden and animation were very good.
The room and especially the bathroom need a renovation.

Huge breakfast and dinner buffet, nice and big pools, nice kids playground, cool shuttleservice with golf carts to the rooms up the hill.
A bit old. Many facilities like for example the toilets at the pool need definitely a makeover.

Beautiful view from rooms in block 8 - beds were very hard and only 1 pillow - if id been staying longer than the 3 nights i would have asked for extra. Basic rooms but clean, bathroom shower was good but personally I'm not keen on shower curtains once you're down the hill it's a very easy 5 min stroll to the beach and restaurants so location is great. Handy buggy to take you up and down the very steep hill to the rooms. No bad smells in or out of rooms and surrounding areas, pool area had plenty of beds with decent mattresses on them, so no need to bag a bed on a morning, pool was clean and a decent size. The restaurant was big enough and clean. Beach / pool towels available you pay a deposit and get it back when you hand them back.
Only 2 chairs on the balcony for 4 of us, the AC didn't keep the mezzanine floor cool at all. The snack bar wasn't that good and the staff here and on the reception desk in the hotel are quite unfriendly. The food was OK, 5 out of 10 - animation staff were better.
Towels are tiny and thin but were clean.
The beds are uncomfortable - out of everything that is the only thing that would stop me staying here again, but it was a good holiday sidari is a lovely place.
