Guys- you can stop searching, I did all the scanning and research for you already, and happily spent 3 nights at the recently renovated Sunsea Wellness Resort. It's easily the best spot for the value in the area, and Kat & Theo are exactly the sort of proprietors that travelers look forward to encountering.
Sunsea Wellness Resort is an easy place to relax, in a quiet area removed from the busier roads and traffic.

Door lock wasn’t working and shower drain was clogged up. Drain was fixed but not the door
Finger nails on the ground from the previous guest
Location far from the ocean and you have to climb hills to get to it which is okay if you ended up in an exciting place.
Owners are overemphasizing the location and service
