The location is perfect. It is a nice neighborhood, very close to the beach. There are nice restaurants in the vicinity.
While there were a couple of bath towels provided, a smaller hand or face towel would have been useful. The amenity kit was also quite minimal, consisting of only a single very small bar of soap. Given that this is a beach location, adding a few more thoughtful touches—such as a shower cap, a hair dryer, or a clothesline for wet swimsuits—would greatly enhance the stay.

Nice and clean, good aircon, the little convenience kiosk / bar downstairs was handy and the staff in there were nice.
Down a quiet side street so easy to get good sleep.
Location is a couple of minutes away from waterfront / beach area, supermarket around the corner.
I thought it was decent value and quality for the price.

Good price, fair welcome
Lobby is nice but that's all. Rooms are old, no great comfort. Additionally, they charged me the room twice but were honest and refund it, but still an inconvenience.
