Chalet was large with air conditioning and private bathroom. Food was varied and delicious

Room was very far away from the main buildings and all drinks were charged extra at the end of the week. We had read that drinks with meals (no alcohol) free from charge and drinks outside the restaurant were charged as extra. This was not the case and all drinks were chargeable at all times and choice of soft drinks were limited

My only issue was that it was not possible to book hotel-organised day trips in advance of arrival.

One of the best resort hotels I have stayed in the food and the staff were spot on, plenty of variety, we are going back. The diving school was first class.

Maybe diet drinks could be included in the all inclusive package.

Staff were all exceptional. Every individual member. The tents are exceptionally comfortable and enjoyable to sleep in. The food was outstanding So much variety, great taste and the Christmas eve feast was outstanding. Dive instructors were all kind, knowledgeable, patient and wonderful teachers.

The neighbouring hotels offered light pollution in the evening. Such a shame. Marsa Shagra itself is without fault.
