A pesar de que el check in era a las 13:00 nos ayudaron con la habitación antes (11:00). De igual manera, supieron absolver un pedido especial que hice pidiendo unos globos en la habitación por el cumpleaños de mi hijito, es más, lo habían decorado con globos y un letrero de feliz cumpleaños. Fue una experiencia muy gratificante a pesar del feriado y de que la capacidad del hotel estaba totalmente reservada. Estuvieron pendientes de cada detalle y nos sentimos muy a gusto. Muchas gracias!!!

The breakfast was really good everyday they made different kind of breakfast.
The pool was also good the location it was very good since it was in front of the beach.
The room was in great conditions.
I did not like the Wi-Fi.
It could use some work
