Layout and nature feeling. Close to restaurants. Pool tables and the staff is nice. Nice breakfast. 4 star quality with a social feel. Good security.
The property has potential but could use some attention to upkeep and landscaping. The “tennis court” listed in the amenities is no longer available, as it has been converted into a basketball court. I would also suggest updating guest service policies. For example, if a key card is accidentally left in the room, reception is not authorized to provide a replacement. Many hotels now handle this on the spot, and adopting a similar approach would be a step in the right direction. All considered, I’d stay again.

This property feels like you are in a fairy tale! Absolutely beautiful in the middle of the city!
I wish I would have planned to be in Santo Domingo longer so that I could stay here for more than one day! There is some work/upgrades that are being done, but did not interfere with calm and quiet.
