Der Gastgeber hat uns bei Ankunft zuerst 10min lng das Tor zum Grundstück nicht geöffnet. Als wir dann vor dem Hotel standen hat er uns die Türe nicht geöffnet, da er uns nicht erwartet habe. Er sei sicherlich gehackt worden, denn er würde die Unterkunft keinesfalls unter 100$ vermieten. Als wir uns dann auf den Weg zu einem anderen Hotel machen wollten wurde uns initial das Tor aus dem Grundstück nicht mehr geöffnet. Der Gastgeber hatte sein Telefon ausgeschaltet und die Telefonanlage am Tor wurde ignoriert. Erst nach dem wir auch mehrere Nachbarn angerufen hatten wurde uns zum Glück das Tor geöffnet. Ansonsten wären der Taxifahrer und wir eingesperrt gewesen. Alles in allem sehr schlechte Erfahrung.

The concept of the place was well thought out and I bet it used to be a really good hotel. The staffs are responsive and greeted us upon arrival. There’s wifi and laundry service as well.

The place is not maintained at all. The room we booked has a broken flush so we have to open the tank and flush from there. The in-room jacuzzi was the reason we booked this place but the water is not hot enough. We ended up not using it at all since by the time it fills a quarter of the tub, the water is already cold. The bed was squeaky so we kept on waking up.

The size of the rooms is fantastic, larger than any suite we've ever stayed in. The gardens are majestic and full of birds (a huge plus for us). The in room jacuzzi was amazing and dinner was exceptional, as were the margaritas! We had to leave too early to try the breakfast but everything was spectacular, especially the service of Washington and Sebastian. 10 stars!

The location was safe and secure. Very quiet and peaceful. Staff very helpful and attentive.

There was inadequate heating for the room. Very cold especially now as it is the season for it. The spa tub was very small. Made for children not full grown adults. The bed and bedding were old and of poor quality.

The service was amazing and very accommodating. They were super friendly and made a delicious breakfast for us. The grounds were very beautiful and we felt like we were in a fairy tale!

Excellent, quaint, romantic, charming. The food was good and the service was given with care.

Chilly at night. Rooms need more heaters. TV didn't function properly.
