Its in a good location. The room was spacious.
The accom lacked atmosphere. the lights are always off, it felt like no one else was staying, a bit of a ghost house.
The area at night - you wouldn't want to walk round too late, it gets a bit rowdy. There was a fair bit of police presence, It felt unnerving.

Centrally located, the owner was very friendly and helpful.
Being on the 3 rd floor, small narrow room in the gables of the home. The shower head was very poor and it took forever to get hot water which unfortunately wasted a lot of water.

It's a very nice and comfy hostal at a great location in the city. The owner is super friendly, helpful and also speaks English. It got all you need to have a great stay in Quito.

Very accommodating staff who were responsive to messages. Comfortable rooms with warm blankets and very good hot showers! The location is on a quiet street while still close to restaurants, shopping, and the city center.
At night you can hear some noise from the other guests, but it wasn’t excessive.
