The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is very comfortable and always kept very clean and nice. The kitchen is beautiful and has the nicest pots and pans I've ever seen in a hostel. Not the used beat up junk that you usually see in other hostels. The kitchen along with all of the other facilities are very modern and kept very nice and clean. It is also in the mariscal sucre area which is close to parks and entertainment and a quick trip to the historic Center.
The internet could be a little spotty at times.
