Very clean. Comfortable and quiet. The owner (and the kids on school holidays) were very helpful with info on places to see, directions, where to get a SIM card.
Close to several bus lines, but a bit of walk to the metro. Overall not bad. Taxi had no trouble finding the place.

the stuff was very kind and helpful - though you do need to speak spanish
