We loved it here and stayed three times. The staff are so kind and allowed us to store our big backpacks between stays. First we went to Mindo for 2 nights and then to the Galapagos for 8 nights, and both times they stored our backpacks safely for free. Breakfast is good on the rooftop, you choose either croissant/scrambled eggs or omelette/fruit/yoghurt/granola, both options come with juice and tea or coffee. The shower was strong and hot. Location is super easy for using the bus/metro and walking into the historic centre. The area felt safe and the staff were very helpful if we asked how to get somewhere. Good laundry service too! Just a really great place in Quito.

It is a very clean and tastefully decorated hotel. Gives a classy look. Well connected by nearby metro, close to old town, close to many traditional eateries, with a nice roof top terrace with a limited view. Staff is nice and helpful.
After sunset, the street is deserted, and one should be aware of their surroundings. What a shame, capital of a country feels so unsafe everywhere mostly. Not actually hotel's fault. But after finding my surge protector after checkout, and offering to deliver me as I was still in Ecuador next week, they stopped responding for return arrangements. That was contrary to friendly and helful attitude I found during my stay.

This is budget accommodation and at that price point is excellent value for money. The room was comfortable if a little tired but has a fantastic location great staff representing an excellent choice at the his price point

Really comfortable and clean room and staff were helpful. 15 min walk from Old Town sites.
Rated this low for the very reason that it is really noisy. It’s like echo chamber in the hotel and with the way it is set up you hear everything. Would not recommend if you aren’t a heavy sleeper. Too bad as everything else about the hotel was really very good.
