Easy to walk into the old part of Quito . We liked the breakfast
The shower was only cold water for us but other rooms seemed to had hot water. It was not very clean . Very noisy at night because of the open stair structure

The people working here are really nice. I'm disabled but can walk, I was on the 3rd floor and ask to be moved downstairs and it was no problem

The hotel had a nice atmosphere. The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was nice. The location is also good and there are many restaurants within a short walk.
The room was a little cool and had no heat. The Internet was spotty and half the time I had no internet in my room. The TV also did not function because of WiFi issues. They charged me an extra $5 on my Booking bill for some sort of "commission." I thought that was odd.
