Nestled in Middle Smithfield, this charming house for $395 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Located only 1 and a half hours from New York City, come get away for a weekend or stay an entire week! ** We currently have a firm minimum age of 25 and older to rent our home. ** THE brightest, CLEANEST house in the Poconos. Hidden in Saw Creek Estates you will have access to all the available amenities: Tennis & volleyball courts, walking trails, lake swimming, access to 4 outdoor and 2 indoor pools, fitness center, basketball, baseball and your very own ski slope right inside the community. Amenity passes are $10 per person per day / $50 per 7 day week. You'll also have your very own restaurant 'Top of the World' down the road. Bushkill falls, Shawnee ski and snow tubing and golf courses are all within a 15 minute drive with Camelback ski/water park resort only 35 minutes away. The main floor is an open floor plan throughout with a lofted two bedrooms and full size convertible for extra sleeping. Windows surround the livingroom to bring the nature views to the comfort of the fireside, enjoy the fireplace with friends and family while watching the snow fall around you. The indoor/outdoor, cedar and tiled all season room gives you access to an indoor hot tub year round. Enjoy a meal then have a drink and a soak inside the in floor jacuzzi / hot tub. The large wrap around kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, toaster, coffee maker and everything needed for making and baking home cooked meals. The kitchen joins the main livingroom/dining room area so there's no disconnect from the cook and the family. Two brand new 65" LED tv's are fitted with HD cable and streaming movie services as well as DVD/Blu Ray players for the large movie collection on hand. Wifi throughout makes sure you're away from home but not out of touch. The cabin like lower level boasts big comfy couches, separate full bathroom, plenty of board games, a brand new 65" LED TV fitted with HD cable and streaming movie services as well as DVD/Blu Ray players. Location was perfect and the area is beautiful. The listing was accurate and the kitchen was well stocked. Kids enjoyed the hot tub. Struggled a bit to figure out the space heater in the basement.

This house was beautiful and a great place to stay. However, if you are looking for community amenities, Saw Creek Estates is old, basic, underwhelming and not worth the cost of the day passes. The facilities are old and the employees who work there are condescending. Additionally, the Top of the World restaurant food and service were mediocre to poor. This house is great if you have a large party and want a comfortable, clean place to relax with two great kitchens and an amazing fireplace and TV. Additionally, the indoor hot tub is wonderful. I would recommend if your party is mostly homebodies and you want to have a fun time at home. The house is massive and the beds and couches are comfortable. The kitchen works excellently and there is plenty of kitchenware to make a feast. We had a great time at the house.

The house was perfect for our group of 5. It was very clean and the perfect size for us with very comfortable beds!! We loved spending the evenings in the jacuzzi and hanging out in the comfortable living room. Spent the afternoon in Stroudsburg where we got a great brunch and did a little shopping. We had a great time. Vincenzo, the owner, was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

This house was so beautiful and clean. We loved the open floor plan of the main level with so much natural light. Perfect amount of space for everyone to spread out but still spend time together. Getting in touch with the property owner was super easy and he answered almost immediately. Also the check in/ check out process was super easy as well! Totally recommend this house for your future vacation!

We really enjoyed the openness of the house and the effort that has been put in to make it comfortable and convenient. We stayed with our dog (who loved the deck!) and extensively used the updated, bright kitchen and indoor hot tub. It was just the two of us but can imagine that the spacing of bedroom and downstairs “apartment” would be GREAT for larger family, extended family or multiple family stays.

The property is a beautiful wooded setting with trails and a stream in the back. We saw wild turkeys, a raccoon and a deer. The layout of the house was perfect for 6 adults and 2 boys. There was a choice of pools for swimming and challenging hills for walking. Our extended family was glad to be there and we look forward to returning for a vacation in the future.

Plenty of room. We were 10 people and had plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The house was well stocked especially the kitchen. The hot tub was the focal point for our family. We loved the setting and thoroughly enjoyed the decks and fire pit. We're already talking about renting again next year!

It was the perfect house that I needed for my wife to enjoy her 50th birthday w/ family & friends that came from Florida, Texas & every where else . The space in the house was perfect no one one top of each other & had the space that we needed. Ty again & would love to do it again in that property .

We enjoyed our stay in Saw Creek. The house is big enough for two families comfortably. We did not realize that one of the bedrooms was in the cellar - this was somewhat challenging as families with young children but we made it work. The yard with the creek is beautiful. We also loved that it was pet friendly.

The house was wonderful! We adored the hot tub and the library nook. We cooked in every single night--yes, we brought a ton of food with us! We brought our elderly dog who loved it, as well. The running creek on the property was tranquil and beautiful; the amenities, the pools in the development were so nice, especially the lap pool.

Beautiful, updated house - I come to the area often (1-2x a year) and this is one of the nicest properties I’ve seen - in a great location. Vincenzo is also an excellent host and provided lots of clear communication well ahead of our trip.

Vincenzo’s home was beautiful and in a lovely gated community with lots of amenities. We loved the pool and lake and close proximity to Bushkill falls hiking trails and Stroudsgurg. Vincenzo was easy to communicate with and fast at replying to any questions. Good place to to for families and kids as there’s lots to do very close to the house.

We had a reunion and wanted to connect with nature which we did. It was spacious, the outdoors was beautiful, the kitchen & living room were great areas to congregate. Some of the furniture was dated but we did not land up using most of it.
The biggest drawback was a really steep speeding ticket which was issued by the HOA security which we did not agree with but there was no way to contest it :(

Our group consisted of friends ages 25-46 and 1 toddler. We all had a wonderful time. It rained the first day but the chalet is set up so perfectly with the views and sounds of nature, every bit of it was relaxing. The deck faces the streams(s), the high back side of the deck practically meets the tree tops and opens up to the starry filled night sky. We spent most of our time in the hot tub, still gazing out while enjoying one another’s company. Even with the sunshine the remainder of the weekend, we hopped from inside to outside, deck to deck, took walks down to the streams and really enjoyed the house.
Only thing I am hoping the bathrooms are updated in the future- that would be my only suggestion. Please note that while older, they were perfectly functioning and clean. We would love to go back in a heartbeat and are already disappointed the house is all booked up through the summer!

The house is dated and needs some sprucing up, but the surrounding woods and creek are beautiful, the hot tub is fantastic and the community seems like there's lots to do in the summer. The property manager was responsive and friendly and everything was well organized and detailed.

Large house for an adult friend group spending the weekend together. 4 bedrooms of good size with nice beds/bedding. Back of the house is direct to woods with the creek right there with nice views and sound from a multi-level porch. Indoor fireplace was great but bring your own firewood since it was not provided. Hot tub is large and can be separated from the kitchen by closing doors to an indoor porch like area. Hosts answered questions when asked. Thank you for a nice stay.

My family rented this house for a family getaway weekend. Everything was perfect – great communication by the host, the house was easy to get to, it was cozy and well appointed, and we had everything we needed for our weekend away.
We cooked dinners there and played games and enjoyed the Jacuzzi. It’s exactly what we wanted and we hope to return again next year!

We had three couples looking for an escape from the hustle and bustle of DC and Orlando, this did not disappoint!! The pictures don't do this home justice. It's absolutely beautiful! So bright and airy inside, with a cozy fireplace and a wonderful HUGE hot tub. You could hear the babbling brook from the property which only added to the ambiance. The owner was INCREDIBLE and VERY quick to respond to any questions we posed. We spent a week here and only went to town twice. It's just a phenomenal place to RELAX. We cooked, played games, took naps, and just enjoyed being together in such a wonderful place. I would love to come back during peak foliage! Until next time :)

I rented the house for an adult weekend vacation in Saw Creek Estates. It was beautifully situated near a wooded creek in a quiet neighborhood. The house was better than expected and more picturesque than the photos on the website. The in-ground hot tub was a big hit and the kitchen island served as a great area to prep our favorite meals. The ample living room space with comfy couches, fire place, spacious table and large screen TV was the prefect place to watch the World Cup games! The owner even graciously agreed to an early check-in so we could catch the 1st game. We are looking forward to visiting again next year for our annual getaway in the Poconos!

This place had all the ambiance you could want and a the neighborhood had nice park for our kids to play at. Brian was incredibly great to work with and incredibly responsive. Beautiful, large, home in Saw Creek Estates. We had six adults, a toddler, and an infant for a family getaway. The pictures in the listing are a perfect representation of this property, except in addition to the main floor, top floor, back room, hot tub, and spacious deck, we were surprised to find the downstairs was an entire apartment (1 br, bathroom, den, and small eat-in kitchen)! The lower level was the perfect remote office for those who had to check in to work, while the main floor had plenty of room for TV watching and games. Top floor has a cozy reading knock. Comfortable beds, lots of space to spread out, and a big island in the kitchen to gather around. There was a nice park for the almost 2 year old and we took many walks around the pond. Because we stayed after Labor Day, there weren’t many organized activities and the outdoor pools were closed but they looked well kept and clean. The fitness center was open and also clean. Caution for those with children: the main staircase is ‘open’ and children should be supervised. Luckily we brought a tension gate and had plenty of eyes on our toddler. Bushkill Falls is super close and worth a visit. A good time was had by all.
