とにかく、夕朝の食事がボリュームがあり、非常に美味しかったです。また、部屋とレストラン、お風呂の距離が近く、膝を痛めていたので、移動で大変助かりました。
あと、除湿器が、部屋とお風呂場に完備されていたこともよかったです。
部屋のトイレと、洗面所が端と端で離れていた事と、風呂場の洗い椅子の高さが低すぎて大人用にして欲しかったです。また、裏箱根で土産を購入するところが遠かったので、宿内で販売をして欲しかったです。

館内が静かで落ち着いた雰囲気。スタッフが親切で話しかけやすい。
部屋が古いデザイン。特にドアで全ての印象が決定されると思うので、工夫したら良くなると思います。
