Lectore Atami Koarashi - TKP Hotels & Resorts

The stay up to checkout time was excellent. Comfortable room, onsen, amenities, view from the hotel. All exceeded my expectations.

The day of our check-in staff was very helpful and friendly, unfortunately I can't say the same for the checkout morning. Because of miscommunication and lack of information about the transfer from the hotel we had to walk 25+ minutes to the station under the summer heat and with our belongings. Context: The hotel is uphill and far from public transport, you expect transfer to the city station after the checkout, and the transfer was suggested with several time slots to select from. We selected the most convenient for us, and 10 minutes prior on checkout day were waiting in the lobby for further instructions. When we tried to approach staff for details about transfer we were told to sit down and wait. Apparently staff on checkout day wasn't speaking English and this is OK, I actually can communicate in Japanese, but my approaches for communication were met with confusion so I didn't want to keep pressing the staff member and just waited politely. When it was time to take a transfer car we were invited by polite gestures without any explanations, while other Japanese passengers were helped with their belongings we had to carry ours to the car ourselves. Alright, no big deal, maybe the staff didn't see how many bags we had. It wasn't a deal breaker until transfer car stopped in middle of the city at some random stop and we were invited to leave the car (again by gestures). I mistakenly thought it's somewhere near the station and maybe station is just around the corner. By turned out while we were looking around public bus to the station arrived, everyone else got into the bus, while we were left at the station. Normally I would just call a taxi, it wasn't my first time in this city. Unfortunately during summer festival it's very hard to get a taxi and we were unlucky. So in the end we had to walk to the station. 25 minutes walk under the sun and with all our belongings.

立地すこし悪い 坂道大変だった

予約時には、迎えのバス希望の有無があり、希望有りにしたのに、当日熱海駅から電話で問い合わせたら、領収書を持参したらキャッシュバック(¥1,500)するので、タクシーで来て下さいと言われました。迎えのバスが無くなったなら、事前に連絡して欲しかったです。タクシー代は¥1,500をオーバーしました。 チェックイン時、フロントの若い男性は客商売なのに、笑顔が無く、愛想が悪かった。 部屋の洗面所の水道栓が変わっていて、水量がメチャ多く、説明文のように水量調節できなかった。 温泉浴場は良かったけれど、小高い所にあり、周りに何もなく、ロケーションもイマイチだった。
