The property is brand new, so very clean. Efficient check in through kiosks.
As a foreigner who speaks English, there were no English signs, and some things were lost in translation. We booked the hotel thinking we would be able to see the fireworks from the rooftop terrace as it said online, but were disappointed when we were asked to leave the patio in the evening , as it had to be booked for viewing. This was embarrassing and not what we were expecting when paying almost $800 for the room.
Beds were very firm.
We also had to pay an extra bathing fee, but due to having tattoos, we were not even permitted to use the onsen.

"The entrance is a bit hard to find but there is a lot of parking space which is good , the Onsen on the top floor is really nice and it’s close to the Main Street which is all walkable distance"
