Service level, overall facility and comfort. Very relaxed environment and recommend to book in house dinner. Room had private Onsen outdoor from where you have beautiful view on Atami.

ウェルカムシャンパンは嬉しかったです。
部屋からのロケーションも最高に素敵でした。
部屋の中も清潔感があり全ての置かれている物
が洗礼された感じで居心地がとても良かったです。
残念だったのが部屋のお風呂の温度が低すぎて
お風呂に関しては心地良さは全くなかったです。
ずっと入ってられなくて本当に残念でした。
真夏なら良いかもしれませんが、この時期での温度とはとても思えないぐらいの低さでした。
他がとても素敵なだけにもったいないと思いました。
これは今後改善された方が良いかと思います。
