貼心的服務，尤其是早班-耿小姐的服務，讓孩子們讚不絕口！知道有孩子入住會事先在房內準備孩子們的佈置、玩具，還有記得備註中說明孩子有氣喘，有事先準備空氣清淨機與臭氧殺菌，真的很更貼心。早餐也好吃～餐廳服務人員也很棒，下次到板橋一定會再選擇入住！

平日家庭房CP值高，無菸味，還有一台大空氣清淨機，房間夠大又乾淨，早餐好吃，菜色多樣，中西都有，非常滿意。

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was huge and spacious. Breakfast was included as well as complimentary ice cream in evenings. The hotel is next to local bus terminal.
