Nestled in Woodstock, this charming condo for $135 per night is a great choice for your next break. Completely renovated Condo facing south peak ski slopes on Pemi River. Located at the beginning of the Kancamagus highway this Condo style resort hotel has lots of amenities including both an Indoor and outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, arcade room, and laundry facilities. You are walking distance to many restaurants or you can cook in our full kitchen or barbecue at the grills located by the outdoor pool. Lots of hiking trails, biking trails and other outdoor adventures awaiting . In the summer you can kayak or tube the pemi or find your own swimming hole. For the kids there are waterslides, Clarks trading post, storyland, miniature golf and much more. Please note we do not have AC. We have ceiling fans and Mt. air.

We had a great time, the kitchen offered us everything we needed to prepare meals and store food. We were close to Loon so we could enjoy our skiing and then relax shortly thereafter. We used the arcade as well as the pool and had fun while doing it. Some limitations include: the TV was a little confusing to navigate and our last night there the hot tub wasn't working. All in all the pros outweighed the cons by a large margin. I would gladly stay there again and would recommend the location to couples and small families.

Lovely condo with everything you need. Comfortable bed. Great place for a couple. Could be cozy for more than 2 but manageable. BUT the BEST part is the gorgeous view of the river and mountain from the living area!!! Nice location to the slopes (with a shuttle, if needed) and easy walking to everything downtown Lincoln. Plenty of parking. Highly recommend staying here.

Everything was great, Easy check in. The place was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. I would definitely stay here again and would certainly recommend this place to anyone. We have stayed at 5 different units at Lincoln Lodge. This one was the best.

Easy access, convenient to Franconia Ridge hiking and everything in Lincoln. Apartment was clean, comfortable, well stocked. Peaceful views out over the woods and river. Sofa bed surprisingly comfortable. A little stuffy on a hot/humid weekend, but ceiling and floor fans helped cool it down.

Couldn’t ask for a better place that had everything a apartment has and made me feel at home.Bed was great and place was clean and nice. View and river in the backyard is amazing. It’s a quiet place with friendly ppl. We’ll be back next summer.

My partner and I came to stay for two nights to hike locally. Check in was super easy, lots of parking and the unit is easily accessible. Everything was freshly cleaned when we arrived. The condo was well stocked and the view from the deck had amazing views of the mountain and the river. The unit itself was homey and spacious. The location was extremely convenient being walking distance to several restaurants. Communication was great from the time we booked through the time we checked out. We are looking forward to coming back for another trip! 10/10 absolutely recommend

This condo looks out on the beautiful mountains and you can hear the river below. It would have been helpful to know pool hours as nothing was posted. The unit isn’t air conditioned but the fans made it feel comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!

No air-conditioning. Ceiling fans ineffective for humidity. Musty odor throughout condo. Given one washcloth a piece for three days, really! Outdoor pool closed for maintenance. Indoor pool cloudy couldn’t see the bottom of the pool. Whatever substance was used to clean kitchen floor made it extremely slippery. Wet dishes were left in the dishwasher - for how long-who knows.

Perfect location near everything in Lincoln area; indoor/outdoor pool and river outback. The kids had a blast! The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the bed - it was only a full size and extremely soft and droopy in the middle. Tough for anyone with a bad back or in my case, being 8 months pregnant. Other than that, it was a great stay! Would book again in the future.

This was a perfect weekend getaway! The sound of the river was so relaxing. It had everything we could possibly want at our fingertips. The condo was clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in!

It's a condo in a condo hotel in Lincoln. The unit is great overall, with a beautiful view of the river. It is clean, and well maintained and stocked. The amenities in the hotel are nice as well (even if slightly outdated) - our young (3yo) kids especially enjoyed the pool. Be advised that ovrall the space is quite small - when the sofa bed is open there's effectively no space in the room - and there's no dinging table. Therefore, I would not recommend this unit to a family with older kids. Otherwise it was great.

Pat and John's condo was very welcoming and cozy. The view of the Loon ski slopes was terrific! The condo is super convenient to the slopes and area activities. Pat was quick to respond to questions and was very pleasant and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and maybe try a Summer weekend as well!

We were so happy with our stay at this property. The check in process was flawless. The unit itself was well-maintained. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. You can’t beat the location. I skied at loon for a few days and it’s literally five minutes down the road. It seemed like there were a lot more places open and than last year at this time. Many restaurants to choose from. We will definitely stay here again next year.

Great place to stay for my wife and I and two children. Kids slept on the pull out sofa and it worked out great! Kids love the pool in the game room while my wife and I enjoyed the views and the balcony with the river right there. Would definitely stay again!

My husband and I stayed with our daughters, ages 12 and 13, for a short ski vacation at Loon. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here again! The shuttle to Loon was awesome..no need to worry about finding parking at the mountain!

Easy access to all attractions and walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants. Place was nice and cozy. We stayed in the winter time, so couldn’t enjoy sound of river. Must be stunning in warmer weather when u can open balcony door and enjoy nature right at your fingertips.
