I like the location, many restaurants around and it was close to the train station.
I like how the apartment was so nicely organized. The instructions to Japanese appliances were easy to use thanks to QR codes on the walls.
The air conditioner was "on" when we came, in the summer. We didn't need to turn it on to cool down after a long day of summer walk.
I didn't like to see some body hair in the washroom and crumbs on the floor and cracks of the couch.

I loved the place. Beds were so comfortable and everything was clean.
The brochure said free WiFi, but there was none. I messaged the staff and they kind of just said it’s there. I just feel like if there’s no WiFi then just say so, and that would be okay. No reason to lie.

It is in a great location surrounded by office buildings and safe.
Spacious and comfortable beds.
Staff was very friendly.
No place to put your towels .
A lot of dust on the curtains and doors of the kitchen cabinets were all dirty with stains.
Toilet also had a bad smell.
