Excellent property.

The property was excellent, views were superb, proximity to the beach and supermarket were ideal. Terras was huge and sunny, swimmingpool was excellent. Kitchen was well equiped. Livingroom and bedroon were very nice. TV was working well. Good parking.

The property can only be accessed via a Meet & Greet which we called 5x upon arrival without them answering. You also have to pay extra for the Meet & Greet service to get the keys. The property does not have aircon and towards the end of the week it was hard to sleep in the heat. The noise from the road was not too disturbing but we felt that on weekdays early morning from about 6.30 am to 9 during rushhour, we had to close the windows doors as it was too noisy to sleep. During weekend evenings their was some noise from the nearby cafe.

Teleurstellend

We delen graag onze teleurstelling over ons recente verblijf in El Veril. Het algemene niveau van netheid in appartement nummer 4 voldeed helaas niet aan onze verwachtingen. De haardroger was aanzienlijk vervuild en kleverig, en de keukenuitrusting en het bestek lieten te wensen over, evenals de hygiëne ervan. Het douchegordijn trok ook onze aandacht vanwege zijn onhygiënische staat. Daarnaast ontbrak er een fatsoenlijk koffiezetapparaat. Het slot van de terrasdeur is defect en we ervaren hierdoor een onveilig gevoel. Bovendien is het terrasmeubilair dringend aan vernieuwing toe. De slechte kwaliteit van de matras en hoofdkussens heeft onze nachtrust ernstig verstoord. Het viel ons tegen dat we extra moesten betalen voor wifi en voor de meet-and-greet afspraak, die overigens teleurstellend was. Gezien de hoge huurprijs die we hebben betaald, hadden we verwacht een aangenamer verblijf te hebben.

wonderful 7 day stay

The apartment was lovely , very clean and plenty of space every thing you need in the kitchen. Beds were comfy and a large room with patio doors and shutters .A large patio area some under cover with table and chairs and sun beds, a good location. short walk to sea and beach. plenty of cafe bars and restaurant's prices to suit all. Local bus very easy to use, and very reasonable in price.

No English speaking tv channels but it’s probably my own fault because I didn’t ask the agent how this could be fixed

Very nice and flexible owners of well located appartement

location, quiet but close to everything ( restaurants la Caleta, shops, bike roads, beach..)Size and privacy of terrace, one part covered.

Unfortunately the heating system from the pool was not working. To work inside the living room is missing daylight and sunshine.

This place was very disappointing. We booked 7 nights but we left after the first night at our own expense because we prefer to stay in quality accommodation. The check in instructions were to wait at the gate of the complex until someone who lives there passed by the gate and let us in. We waited 5 minutes in the street with all our luggage before I decided to jump the fence instead. If you're not so athletic, you'll just have to keep waiting... and there aren't many people walking in and out of the gate. Once we were in, the apartment smelled musty like it had been closed up for a year. There's no air con and no airflow and there's no fan in the lounge which is warm and stuffy - and dark except for during the late afternoon when the sun shines in. The owner sent a list of expectations for tenants such as "clean your own dishes when you leave" but then doesn't even supply dish washing detergent. There is no WiFi in the apartment although it is advertised that there is. A little money could be spent on this place to show that the owner cares about his tenants comfort, such as air con (or at least a fan in the lounge), WiFi, and a hair dryer for the ladies. We were happy to lose €600 to be more comfortable elsewhere.

Great apartment and holiday

Lovely mainly residential complex very quiet and relaxing, apartment was well furnished with a great patio area for sunbathing. Some local bars and restaurants but also on bus route for Fanabe and Caletta really enjoyed our stay

Would have been good to have WiFi in apartment but only had to go a few yards to connect to pool wifi
