We stayed 3 nights with our kids over Xmas break to be close to Ski Cooper. The house had everything we needed and was spotless, very well equipped. So close to the main street in town you could walk to restaurants, shops, etc. So great to have a washer/dryer with kids and wet ski gear. Quick drive to Ski Cooper. I would’ve given 5 stars but I think they need a bigger TV in the living room, and a TV in the master bedroom. We really enjoyed our stay!

This house is amazingly decorated, inside and out. I stayed here with my husband and my 84 yr old mom, who thought this house was heaven. The living room with the beautiful windows, floors and ceilings was our favorite place to hang out. The chandalires were the icing on the cake. Perfectly outfitted kitchen and bathrooms, and wonderfully comfortable beds. Also a wonderful book collection with lots of information on the history of the area. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Loved everything about this darling house except the poor matress in the master bedroom. Really surprised because the pillows were fabulous but the matress and bed were extremely uncomfortable. The owners have paid attention to every detail. The livingroom couch is also not comfortable.
We would recommend this home to anyone but hope they upgrade the bed and couch

Nice clean place to stay in Leadville. Could not get WiFi to work, three different people tried and it would not connect. Would have been nice to get to watch TV or a movie at night during our stay.

The Verbo was very nice indeed. The architecture and wall coverings were excellent. As a matter of fact we would like to buy a copy of the Verbo Shutterfly. Gabrielle gave us basic instructions on the TV remote which was very helpful. We were pleased to watch the Leadville DVD. The Verbo was convent for the train ride. Thanks

Very well done home and I felt very comfortable here. My only issue was parking. Street parking only. I was visiting on a weekend, and there was a large truck right in front of the house the whole time I was there. Had to park at the very bottom of W 7th and lug my stuff up a very steep grade.

The "Princess House" was so lovingly restored by the owners, it was a pleasure to stay there. It was spotless and had all the modern amenities but with historical touches throughout. The backyard was a great place to watch the moon and gather with family.
