You will be in the heart of it all, and the unit is very walkable to shopping, bars and restaurants. In the bottom of the building, there is a local shop, called Elevation Goods you can shop at. Within 3-4 blocks, you can find fishing tours, rent a side by side or bicycle, visit the museum, go to the cuban restaurant Bucci, get a pizza and wings from Mountain High Pies, go to the brewery, visit the oldest saloon in the US, or get a cup of coffee at one of several coffee shops! The units are on the top floor, so you can look out and people watch, as well. There is a local train you can ride, and just a short 5 minute walk to Freight, where you can also grab a drink. There is one dedicated parking space per unit. The location is just about 200 yards up the street and have a sign on the surface lot, so it is easy to see. It is just behind the building. There is also other street parking around the building. Most things are walkable from the unit, as it is in the heart of downtown.
