Elegant but not ‘stuffy’, Attentive but not ‘bothersome’, breakfast was great - choice, quality, restaurant. Close to the old town and secure underground parking.

The hotel was small enough to feel we got personal service but large enough to have a good selection of food/drinks. Breakfast was lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We liked the free glass of beer on days where we didn't need room service. We didn't need the Aircon but it would have been most welcome in the hot weather we've been experiencing this summer.
I would have liked a fridge in the room. We got a kettle in the room to make tea but there were no decaffeinated teabags and no milk for English tea. Thankfully I took my own.

the location was perfect for my purpose of stay
the light in the desk area didn’t work at all, it was quite dusty (i have allergies, so i was sneezing a lot), and the pillow were way too high so i had to use a decorative one from the armchair
