Very good location, very clean, two elevators servicing four floors.
The beds are firm and the pillows are firm-er so it depends on your preference, it can be a plus or a deal breaker.
The included breakfast was on the basic side but if you are inventive with food ingredients, I am sure you will be happy with the selection offered.
I read a review about the street noise with the lake view room, I didn’t hear anything with the balcony door closed a d I am a light sleeper.
I asked for a higher floor and ai was confirmed 3rd floor, when I arrived, the owner of the hotel gave me a room at the 2nd floor. I paid more for lake view and I had the lake at maybe 10% of my view because of the trees. I am confident that 3rd and especially 4th floor would have given an unobstructed view of the lake and mountains (see the photo).
The AC is noisy, although it has manual controls of the temp and fan speed, it is also remotely managed, around 10:30 PM the temp goes to 23 degrees and you can lower it if you wish, but from time to time through the night it will revert to 23. Also from 9:00AM until 2:00PM the AC it is shut down from the property centralized system so no AC between those hours.
Parking is not sufficient if the hotel would be 80% plus occupied so first come first served is the method of parking!

Amazing Location, on-site secure parking, easy 5mins walk into town. Close to the beach. We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Alpi, special thanks to the hotel manager who went above and beyond, all staff were very attentive and happy. Breakfast was good. On-site bar was open til late with very reasonable prices. Would highly recommend.

Clean spacious room with beautiful view from the balcony. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. On site parking. Baveno is a beautiful small town.
The bath room is very small and crowded.
