Location!!!!!! Great customer service, the cutest spacious apartment, clean and with great amenities. Bed was comfortable, shower was perfect, towels were top notch (the 3 things that’s important to us).

Our stay at Dei Serafini was a truly magical experience — one that is absolutely worth giving yourself, because you deserve it.
This unique little gem is located in the heart of the old town, with beautiful rooms that make you feel as though you have stepped straight into the enchanting fairytale of Polignano.
The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The food was delicious, and everything was simply wonderful.
We honestly have no complaints whatsoever and would highly recommend Dei Serafini to anyone looking for a special and unforgettable stay in Polignano. Every moment was worth it.

Good location in center of old town.
Staff were helpful.
Apartment clean and nice decor.
Golf cart pick up helpful from car parking space.
Apartment was good when we eventually got the space we had reserved and paid for.
We reserved a three bedroom / 2 living room apartment and we’re only given access to two bedrooms rooms / half of the apartment for half the stay.
Third room was reserved by someone else- in error???
We were offered alternative separate accommodation that was not suitable.
Third room became available after second night so we got what we paid for for 2/4 nights of the stay.
Staff tried to be accommodating but could not understand the error with the booking as we had 4 adults but booked and wanted three bedrooms. They eventually admitted the ‘error’.
Beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable. Showers small and often cold when hot water ran out.
Very noisy at night and in early morning.
Lots of steep stairs. Not suitable for elderly.
