The room we were eventually given was excellent. The location is excellent, and the breakfast was very good. The fellow overseeing the breakfast was very accommodating
The original room that we were given, a superior room, was a joke. It looked like the hotel had run out of furniture. One room had a hanging TV and nothing else....no chair, no bed, nothing. Everything else was perfect, as was the staff, except the insistence that we leave the breakfast area when the breakfast time ended. We understand that no further food will be served, but we have never been asked to leave a breakfast area.....and we travel a month every year in Europe.....and have done this for 23 years.

Parking in reserved spots in front of the hotel; the air conditioning worked fine in the sleeping area of the room, which contained a kind of glass cage. Location within short walking distance of the city center. Breakfast was good.
The shower and the shower screen were dirty. The sofa in the room was sagging. The safe was located at floor level, making it impossible to reach it while standing when using it.
