Great space. pool needs heater, spa is master bathe tub that does not drain quckly. Other than that was very comfortable

Our stay in this charming house was pretty pleasant however there were a couple snags. The toilets were constantly backing up, the sink faucets in the kitchen and master bath need to be fixed. There was an issue with the TV and after contacting the owner they didn’t get back to us till the next day. However we did get a late check out which really helped us out.

This home is nice and just as advertised. The owners communicated very quickly, and we did not have any issues. The pool was a nice and my boys enjoyed it.
We planned to visit Universal Studios, the LA Science Center, and Santa Monica beach. This home is not really close to any of these places. Being from the mid-west, my family had not really experienced LA traffic before. This home for us was about: 30 minutes from the Science Center, 45 minutes to Universal, and 1.5 hours from the beach. This was during the middle of October.
This is nothing against the home or the owners, just so you are aware of where the home is in location to other things. It is near central LA and it does have quick access to the highways.

The place is easy to find. In a great neighborhood. The shower in master had mold and the drain was clogged (easier fix). The pool needed a little maintenance and cleaned but overall was a cute place.

Home was clean with good internet and located close to Los Angeles.
Pool was dirty when we arrived but the owner quickly remedied the situation.
Unfortunately, the cleaning vac and hoses were left to lay on the pool deck along with other items that looked like miscellaneous construction items.
All in all, the owner was very responsive.

Really enjoyed staying at this house and neighborhood. Daughter now lives in LA and we toured it for a week. It was a great location for all that we did and easy location for groceries, etc.

A cozy house. Comfortable beds, central location, and well stocked kitchen. Cleanliness was a bit of an issue, though. Lots of dust under the living room furniture, and by the end of our stay the pool had so much algae we didn't feel comfortable using it.

Pros: Neighborhood is quiet and safe. It is a family area.
Cons: Significant travel time to downtown and tourist areas, about 30 minutes one way. Ride shares will be about $40 one way. Also, pool is not well maintained. Pool was dirty on arrival needing vacuuming and walls were stained with algae. Kids refused to swim in it because of appearance. Notified owner but it was not addressed effectively during the week we were there.
Best for families looking to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the larger part of the city. Don't count on the pool being clean and ready for swimming.

Wonderful and beautiful home, clean quiet and the pool is very private. We had an amazing stay, sitting by the pool and soaking up the sun. Great location and friendly neighborhood. Owners very nice and responsive.

Came to LA to bring my life long Dodger fan father in law to a Dodger game. The location is great. LA traffic is horrific so thankfully this residence was centrally located to places we visited. Hosts were accommodating and the house was spacious. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Unfortunately it was too cold to swim in the pool, as it was only in the 60's in LA in June. The twin beds were a bit uncomfortable, but everything else was great. We'd stay here again. I recommend this house .

Beautiful stay inside and out!!!
We had our group of 7 comfortably packed in this house. We had three adults bunk on a soft King size bed with plenty of space. The kitchen was well equipped and lots of breakout spaces to gather around.
It was located in a quiet street, plenty of driveway parking and safe neighborhood for evening walks. This was a great place to retreat to after a long day of shopping at Santee Alley. The pool was a great amenity when we needed a break from the hot sun. Very close to lots of shops, grocery, boba, Daiso!
The host were very accommodating, answered all our questions and concerns, and very responsive.
Definitely will stay again!

We had a great stay here. Check-in was easy, the house was clean and it was comfortable for our family. We were looking forward to using the pool but it was a bit green but once I mentioned it the owner she responded quickly.

I'm a Foster mother without a pool, so to end a stressful summer I rented this beautiful home nearest me in my budget. Although I had the house for 2 days I only occupied it for one full day in the one full day I was harassed constantly from the beginning I explained to the homeowners that I was a foster parent with autistic children although behaved they can get loud. To my surprise even my artistic children or quiet this day they were so happy to be away from the normal and allowed to be free from thoughts just for a while. Meanwhile my emails were blowing up with complaints from the owner that had no relevance or truth, I was sent over six videos with audio included and not to my knowledge was audio agreed. I am willing to repost all the videos that was sent to me by the owner of my family and children swimming, taken out the trash, and at one point killing a cricket. My children didn't arrive to the room until 3:00 a.m because we missed a whole day our fault. I allowed them to get into the pool that had no time limits posted, and for this the owner told Asked me"what kinda foster parent let at their kids swim at 3 point my children's noise level was less than they've ever been consideration in this name this beautiful neighborhood was my number one concern and this is why I am willing to repost these videos the owner of this home sent me of my family doing what I paid to do come to a vacation home stay and relax. My last day there my children were woke up to 3 ladies knocking at the door they walked in and said that they had to clean and that my children needed to get out. The time was just 11 yes they overslept while I'm talking to the owner letting him know I will pay late fees for check out but please tell his ladies llll) people to leave the home while my kids get dressed. He told me no I am allowed to harass you because check out was at 11:00 so hurry and just leave. Seconds later a general an African-American gentleman with a hoodie appears he says he's the owner and this is his house get the f*** out. If anyone rents this rental home please think twice I have never left a review but this is a lifetime movie special rental home horror film all the way

We had a great experience! We loved the house and the neighborhood was so clean and quiet. The pump to the pool was not working and they were waiting for a part to repair but that did not stop us from enjoying the pool. Thank you so much for sharing your house with us!

We enjoyed our stay at this property very much. It‘s a beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything we wanted to see. The kids loved the pool and we spent some relaxing hours on the pool. Liya responded very quickly when we had questions and was altogether very helpful. Thank you once again.

I was worried about finding a nice and safe place for us to stay for our family vacation in LA. This house was it. The house was not far from exiting the freeway. The neighborhood was beautiful, quiet and definitely felt safe. I didn’t know where key was, called the host they answered right away. It was a hot day and they had the AC running when we got there it felt great walking in. The house was spacious, clean and cute. There were 3 bathrooms which was perfect for our big family. They had full kitchen, all toiletries, plenty of towels and blankets. We didn’t have our kids but they had kid toys around too. I would recommend this house and would stay again!
