The staff here both in the hotel and Blooms restaurant are fantastic. Friendly and helpful for our entire stay.

I booked this hotel for my friend, and although we arrived late, the hotel had thoughtfully arranged access to the key, which made check-in very easy.
My friend thoroughly enjoyed his stay. From the quality of his sleep to the excellent food, everything exceeded his expectations. In fact, he told me it was the best hotel stay he has ever had.
He enjoyed it so much that he even had breakfast every morning. He normally doesn't like eggs, but he ate them and thoroughly enjoyed them, along with everything else that was offered.
Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Having stayed here before a couple or more years ago, it was all very familiar.
Super friendly welcome with easily booking in process.
Out for the evening elsewhere and had a very comfortable night's kip.
Lovely full breakfast in the morning in what I assume is a sub-contracted out organisation although no issues at all. Service staff were very friendly and efficient.
Easy booking out system too.
Since last time, the communal living room in the front bay has gone where we were able to read the Sunday papers but not this time.

The bathroom was bright and fairly clean.
Breakfast wasn't to my taste.
I like a cocktail of fruits on my cereal. There was only grapefruit with the option of whole fruit only.
I ordered the avocado on toast which had chilli flakes in and the mushrooms tasted of the oil they were cooked in. The poached egg was the only part of the dish I enjoyed.
My husband had a cooked breakfast and said it was good.
