Breakfast was good, the room was satisfactory and location what we expected!
People were smoking on our non smoking floor! Please put some tissues in your rooms.

Clean comfortable with helpful welcoming staff. The resturant was good.
The breakfast buffet although abundant just looked tired and not fresh . I was unfortunate that they were hosting 4busloads of screaming 8 year olds but they happily changed my room to the floor above. 🙂

The spa is not very big, missing pool.

the dark colors, the bad breakfast cleanliness, and the total appearance
changing the carpets that look old and dirty, brighter colors, and of course working on a better breakfast and kitchen staff service
