Forte Village Resort - Il Castello

Un’esperienza davvero straordinaria al Forte Village, dove ho soggiornato all’Hotel Il Castello. Una struttura di altissimo livello, dove raffinatezza, eleganza e qualità dei servizi si ritrovano in ogni dettaglio. Lo staff è stato impeccabile: qualsiasi nostra richiesta o necessità è stata ascoltata e gestita con grande attenzione, professionalità e disponibilità. È proprio questa cura verso l’ospite a fare la differenza e a rendere il soggiorno speciale. Tra gli aspetti che ho apprezzato maggiormente ci sono sicuramente le Sport Academy, un vero valore aggiunto del resort. La possibilità di praticare diverse discipline sportive affiancati da campioni, atleti olimpici e professionisti di altissimo livello rende l’esperienza davvero unica, soprattutto per bambini e ragazzi. Bellissimi anche i ristoranti, con una proposta gastronomica di grande livello, così come la posizione e l’intero conteso del resort, immerso in una cornice naturale meravigliosa. Tutto ineccepibile. Un resort dove ogni dettaglio è pensato per offrire un’esperienza di altissimo livello e che, non a caso, è considerato tra i migliori resort al mondo.

Se devo trovare un’unica nota meno positiva, riguarda il rapporto tra il livello di spesa complessivo e alcuni costi aggiuntivi. In particolare, ho trovato un po’ eccessivo che, dopo un soggiorno già importante dal punto di vista economico, venisse richiesto un ulteriore pagamento per il pranzo dei bambini/ragazzi che partecipano al Mini Club. Considerato il posizionamento del resort e quanto già viene investito nell’esperienza, è un aspetto che personalmente rivedrei.

Cavalieri Restaurant superb service and attention from the staff, they are always nearby for any requirement, well manage and motivated staff. Daily breakfast was magnificent, one of the best I had in 5 stars hotels. Had 1 dinner at Cavalieri, a buffet dinner, amazing variety of good quality and diverse offers, as half-board package, included bottle of wine and water. The restaurant was packed of guest during my dinner time. I think that there was a reason for that. Great Cavalieri.

Forte Grill was a sad disappointment, As a "Grill", supposed to have freshly grill order and not "grilled" meat and reheat it for your meal and put it in a plate to serve you. The meat came rough, dried and no taste at all. Even as half-board package, you have to pay for your drinks, even simple water. The staff are there not to serve but to rush you out during and after the meal. There is no attention or caring during your dinner, there was nobody nearby to request for anything. I notice that almost all the staff were looking at their mobile in a corner of the restaurant. Only 3 tables in a huge restaurant during my dinner period. There was a reason for that, I suppose. Run away from that restaurant, that is not a Grill food restaurant but "grilled" food restaurant. My worst, worst experience in a 5 stars hotels restaurant. Run away from Forte Grill!
