The hotel itself is a great layout & rooms are a great size.
The windows restaurant had great food
Nothing really but pool could be bigger I guess but not a big deal

Breakfast was fantastic - great spread and variety, dining area was clean and staff were attentive.
The rooms felt dated - bathroom was old and the tap was so close to the sink that using it was uncomfortable. The room wasn’t advertised as having a bath/shower which made it challenging for my husband (internal prosthetic leg) and soap/lotion etc felt very average for the Pullman.
Just felt like we’d stepped into a room from the 90s.
