Staff were friendly and parking free. Was given voucher for evening meal at a nearby restaurant. Pet charge was only £5 and no restrictions. Clean and nice to have tea/coffee facilities in room and a fridge.
When first arrived the exterior of the building was not pleasing to the eye. Rubbish and bins by the entrance. The immediate surrounding area did not feel safe due to people loitering around and closed businesses as was on an industrial estate.

The area is not great. I chose it for proximity to an exam centre but once you are through the door it is really good and excellent value.
The area very run down and industrial but just look past that. VMC a bit noisy.

Lovely staff, comfortable bed and clearly recently revamped interior, good parking.
In house restaurant not quite a restaurant but rather than a few meals (no starter no desert) offered in what are basically old school jam jars, not my idea of a meal I'm afraid and had to revert to a local take away restaurant after having the Beef bourguignon.
