Clean comfortable room, the space is small but has everything you need. The little welcome biscuit is a nice touch.
We just used it as a base to sight see so really only slept there, didn’t have breakfast.
The metro is near by and is very easy to work out so it was a great base for exploring Paris and in a nice area with plenty of places to eat and a large supermarket a few minutes walk behind the Hotel.
There was always someone at reception and everyone was very friendly.
Overall, as a first time
Visitor to Paris, I was happy with my choice .
This is just personal preference, but I would have liked the air con to be a bit cooler. I had it on 18 the first night, but after that it wouldn’t work at that temperature. I didn’t realise till my friend shiowed me that in her room
She had info advising to leave the aircon alone or it could break down, so after that I left it be and it worked ok.

We got proactively given a very early check in, very much appreciated. Clean, room size good - booked a room for 3.

The staff was very nice, and very good at cleaning our room. Beds were very comfortable and I can only speak for myself, but I slept very well. Breakfast was just fine for a 3-star hotel, and the timeframe for breakfast was not too short like other hotels (we are not A-type people, lol). Hotel is very close to a tram station so that is definitely also a bonus. Good restaurants nearby as well.
Our room was very small, often we are okay with smaller rooms but this time the bed took so much space of the room that we didn't have enough space to have our luggage open. Also there were a lot of weird noises coming from the building, particularly there was one sound every 10 minutes or so that sounded like a phone vibrating like a notification? Very strange. Other than that I would say the shower was nice, but the soap provided isn't, so I would advise to bring your own soap and shampoo.
last thing I want to mention is that there are no elevators, so you have to carry your luggage up and down the stairs. I think the staff will help you carry it if you ask for it, but regardless it's a bit of a pain. Luckily our room was not that far up.

Good location , friendly reception staff .
Rooms too small . ( just about ok for a single person ) Only one working socket in room . Noise carries from other rooms and lift .
Breakfast overpriced and poor choice .
